Safe Cylinder Storage

Keep cylinders upright.
Store cylinders in a ventilated area.
Keep LPG away from open flames and excessive heat.
Do not store cylinders in enclosed, unventilated spaces.
Keep cylinders out of reach of children.

Before Using Your Appliance

Check that the regulator is correctly connected.
Inspect the hose for cracks, damage or wear.
Ensure clamps and fittings are secure.
Use equipment that is intended for LPG.
Follow the appliance manufacturer’s instructions.

When You Suspect a Gas Leak

Switch off the cylinder valve when it is safe to do so.
Do not light matches or operate electrical switches.
Open doors and windows to improve ventilation.
Move away from the affected area.
Contact emergency services or a qualified LPG professional.
